Donation Refund Policy

As an educational institution and social organization, we rely on donations to support our various programs and facilities. Generally, all donations made to Arya Pathsala Uchttar Madhyamik Vidyalaya are non-refundable.

We do not offer any refunds or cancellations for donations made online or offline, as the funds are immediately allocated to ongoing charitable and educational activities.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• If an erroneous or duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical glitch.
• If a donation is made without the cardholder's authorization.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under these exceptional circumstances, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with valid proof of the transaction.
